Schizophrenia is a mental health diagnosis that affects how a person thinks, feels, and behaves. Those with schizophrenia may experience hallucinations, delusions, thought disorder, difficulty processing information, trouble paying attention, diminished feelings of pleasure in everyday life, and more. We work with you to develop a plan that will help you develop the skills you need to manage interpersonal communication, complete work tasks, and set up a structure to help you manage your diagnosis. Our services provide people with depression a progressive alternative to hospital care to help you or your loved one manage schizophrenia.
CareLink’s multi-layered approach is what separates us from other community resources. We understand that there are many layers of personal history that can affect a participant’s individual challenges; that’s why each care management plan starts with a personal assessment before recommending the right services and resources for our participants.
We take a step further than just assessing disabilities themselves by exploring a participant’s upbringing, sexual history, personal relationships, and other exterior factors that can help us better understand what areas of support are needed.
