Psychotic Disorder

Psychotic Disorder is a mental health diagnosis that causes abnormal thinking and perceptions. The two main symptoms of psychotic disorder are delusions and hallucinations. We work with you to develop a plan that will help you develop the skills you need to manage interpersonal communication, complete work tasks, and set up a structure to help you manage your diagnosis. Our services provide people with depression a progressive alternative to hospital care to help you or your loved one manage psychotic disorder.

CareLink’s multi-layered approach is what separates us from other community resources. We understand that there are many layers of personal history that can affect a participant’s individual challenges; that’s why each care management plan starts with a personal assessment before recommending the right services and resources for our participants.

We take a step further than just assessing disabilities themselves by exploring a participant’s upbringing, sexual history, personal relationships, and other exterior factors that can help us better understand what areas of support are needed.

Our services include:

  • Housing and Residential Services
  • Education and Employment Services
  • Life Skills Training
