CareLink Community Support Services was founded in 1959 to create a welcoming place in the community for people who felt isolated or abandoned because of their mental illness. Today, CareLink provides an array of community-based services for adults with severe, chronic mental illness and developmental disabilities, including neighborhood congregate homes, supported housing, supported employment and education, and more. Our services promote highly individualized care, achievable outcomes, and community integration, and encourage people with developmental challenges to be active, productive members of their communities.
