On October 16, approximately 25 CareLink staff members and program participants took part in NAMIWalks Your Way Main Line at Wilson Farm Park in Wayne, PA. The 5K event–one of dozens of NAMIWalks Your Way events held across the United States in 2022–was designed to increase awareness about individuals with mental health challenges and raise funds for National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) organizations.
In 2022, more than 41,866 individuals participated in NAMIWalks Your Way events across the country, collectively raising over $9.5 million to fund mental heath support, education, advocacy, public awareness, and programming that addresses the mental health needs of community members and replaces stigma with understanding.
