On March 21, Pennsylvania Senator Amanda Cappelletti and Adam Stout, Chief of Staff for Pennsylvania Representative Greg Vitali, met with members of CareLink’s management team at the agency’s Torrey House residence in Haverford, PA.
CareLink CEO Gary Woomer, COO Rich Hoback, Regional Director Ted Colomeda, and Assistant Regional Director Chris Swallow were on hand to discuss some of the issues the agency currently faces, including state funding for its programs and the nationwide hiring crisis, and provide the legislators with a tour of Torrey House, which CareLink has operated since 1986. The personal care home is named in honor of psychiatrist and advocate Dr. E. Fuller Torrey.
