CareLink program participants and staff are invited to take part in an evening of mini golf, hosted by the Springfield Lions Club at the Putt Putt Fun Center in Clifton Heights, PA on September 28. The event’s $10 admission fee lincludes includes two (2) rounds of golf, one (1) hot dog or slice of pizza, and one (1) soda. Proceeds benefit Lions Charities for the Visually Impaired.
