CareLink Community Support Services is pleased to announce the appointment of Carmen Winfield as the nonprofit agency’s new Recruitment & Retention Specialist.
Ms. Winfield brings more than 15 years of human resources experience to her position at CareLink. She most recently served as the Manager of Human Resources at Bellingham/Park Lane Senior Lifestyle Retirement Community (currently known as The Watermark at Bellingham) in West Chester, PA. Prior to joining Bellingham/Park Lane, Ms. Winfield held the position of Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter & Retention Specialist for Chimes Delaware.
