CareLink Community Support Services is accepting donations of non-perishable food items for the 17th annual Delaware County Holiday Food Drive to benefit local food pantries. Healthy food items most needed include canned meats (tuna, chicken, turkey, or corned beef hash), boxed or canned side dishes (rice or potatoes), unsweetened cereal, canned vegetables (tomatoes, beans, or corn), spices, powdered milk, fruits, and soups (especially main dish soups with meat).
The food drive runs through December 5, 2019. A donation drop box is available in the kitchen of the CareLink administrative office at 605 E. Baltimore Pike in Media, PA. Please contact Kate Rosin at krosin@carelinkservices.org or (610) 874-1119, ext. 613 for additional details.
