This month, CareLink is highlighting Vesna Layton. Vesna is a resident at our Torrey House, where she continues to inspire us with her achievements.

Vesna recently participated in a “Found Objects Sculpture” workshop at the Main Line Art Center. She expressed that she really enjoyed the workshop and said, “I’ve never done anything like that before. It was therapeutic and good for the mind.”

Vesna explained that the workshop instructor and Main Line Art Center artist, Jessica Curtaz, was really helpful with teaching everything and assisting the artists whenever needed.  Vesna is looking forward to other art workshops; she is very interested in joining a glass bead and jewelry workshop in the future.

Vesna’s sculpture is called “Babies Garden.”
