Mental Illness Support
Mental illness can make it difficult to complete everyday tasks, develop life skills, or even find a job. We work with you to develop a plan that will help you develop the skills you need to manage interpersonal communication, complete work tasks, and set up a structure to help you manage your diagnosis. CareLink also provides services to help treat and manage your diagnosis.

CareLink’s multi-layered approach is what separates us from other community resources. We understand that there are many layers of personal history that can affect a participant’s individual challenges; that’s why each care management plan starts with a personal assessment before recommending the right services and resources for our participants.
We take a step further than just assessing disabilities themselves by exploring a participant’s upbringing, sexual history, personal relationships, and other exterior factors that can help us better understand what areas of support are needed.
